Connexus — Health For All

Connexus is an educational network created to deliver informative content to improve pregnancy outcomes for at-risk pregnant people. In particular, we provide information for those who might be isolated and therefore at risk for poor outcomes such as teen moms and LGBTQ pregnant patients.

Users can learn about their rights and are provided with resources to assist them with their pregnancy and their lives. This App was developed to be as inclusive as possible so that no person should ever have to feel isolated when faced with the challenge that is pregnancy.
