Connexus — Health For All app for iPhone and iPad

Connexus is a mobile health educational network that promotes reproductive health equity among patients with limited access, use, or quality of reproductive health care because they have rare conditions or because of stigma and issues related to race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, age, location, gender, disability, and sexual orientation. We target those who might be isolated and therefore lack access to personalized care, such as teen moms, the LGBTQ community, as well as those with complex and rare pregnancy conditions.

Connexus delivers health information targeted to a diverse range of women to answer their reproductive health questions and connect them with others like them to improve their health. Users can learn about their rights and are provided with resources to assist them with their health and their lives. This app was developed to be as inclusive as possible so that no person should ever have to feel isolated when faced with reproductive health challenges. We are targeting women not traditionally covered in mainstream pregnancy apps.
